We offer free shipping on purchases of $75.00 CAD or more to Canada and the U.S. The cost for shipping for orders below $75.00 CAD is carrier-calculated and available to you to see before checkout. In-store pick-up is available at both of our boutique locations in Ontario.
Miracle 10 currently ships to Canada & The United States of America. We do not ship internationally.
All of our prices on the website and in our email communications are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). The currency exchange rates depend on your banking institution; for details please contact them directly. We accept credit card as Visa, Master Card, AMEX and ShopPay.
You can update your personal information at anytime by logging in and visiting the Account page and selecting "View Addresses". There, you can update your name, mailing address and telephone number. If you would like to update the email address connected to your account, please contact us.
If you would like to delete your account, please contact us info@miracle10.com.
Please note that if your account has been deleted, your prior order history will not be available should you decide to order Miracle10 products in the future.
We hand-pack all of your orders ourselves! We do our best to get packages out within the day but during storewide sales or holidays, please expect delays.
Orders handling time is 2-5 business days from being received. However, shipping time varies based on the shipping destination.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Customers will receive an email with a tracking number from Canada Post, once the order has been shipped.
For customers selecting FedEx Overnight shipping, orders must be placed by 12 PM EST for timely delivery.
Please note, postal services are experiencing longer than normal shipping delays. Depending on your shipping address, you may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied once your order reaches your country. If incurred, these charges must be paid before your package will clear customs.
Miracle 10 has no control over the imposition of these duties and taxes and you, as a customer, are responsible for paying them to receive your package.
Canada Post will send you a tracking email once the order has been shipped. If the tracking number does not work or you need further assistance, please reach out to us via info@miracle10.com.

We only issue returns for in-store credit if processed within 60 days after purchase. Click here to read our full return policy.
Miracle10 products are so well-tolerated that purchasing full size products is the most efficient and economical option. If you experience a problem, we encourage you to first contact a Miracle 10 skincare specialist to re-evaluate the best possible products for your skincare needs. Changing the type of products or the manner in which they are used can rectify concerns and achieve the results that Miracle10 is designed for.

When you're ready to checkout, you can apply 1 discount code into the "Gift Cards and Discount Codes" box on the right-hand side of your screen. Only valid discount codes that have not expired will apply.

Our products are made with high-quality active ingredients which could cause temporary irritation upon initial application. If irritation persists and you're experiencing an allergic reaction, please contact us for help with your routine and immediately seek medical assistance.
All of our products are safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, with the exception of our three Retinol Treatments (not to panic if you have used these products during pregnancy and breastfeeding since there is such little absorption by the skin – we are just being very cautious). The other thing we caution our customers on is that your skin does tend to change with pregnancy and breastfeeding. Some people notice their skin is dryer while others experience more oiliness and breakouts. You might select different products than you normally would. Most women find their skin is very sensitive to the sun so it is important to wear sunscreen every single day, even when it's cloudy or you are inside for most of the day.

Always ensure that your products are stored in a cool, dry and dark space.
Avoid directly sunlight exposure as this can lead to yellowing or discolouration of some formulations.
Generally, a medicine cabinet, makeup bag or vanity is an overall safe place to store your skincare!
Our products are 100% cruelty-free and we never test on animals. We've ensured that our products are not formulated with animal products or animal bi-products and our ingredients are plant-based. That means our skincare collection is entirely vegan with the exception of a few select products that contain Lanosterol Esters which is extracted from the sheared wool of a sheep. Those products can be found here.
There are no perfumes or artificial fragrances used in Miracle 10 products. Any minimal scent detectable in Miracle 10 products derives from essential oils of exceptional quality that are specially imported from France. We have selected them based on their hypo-allergenic, medicinal and/or healing properties.
